The Survey Encounter is the world's most advanced meter for measuring
moisture in wood, dry wall, plaster, brick, roofing, siding and other construction
materials. The SE provides non destructive readings and can store 625 such
readings in 25 files. This data can be downloaded to a PC via the supplied
software. Gives accurate moisture readings from 5 to30% in wood and relative
readings in walls, roofing and many other construction materials. It has an
onboard library of 32 wood species as well as three wall and roofing types. The
wood species in the library can be eidted using over 300 species stored in the
supplied software.
